The current subscription fee is $42.00 per month, per record (Land or Tax), per county subscribed to.

Discounts are available when multiple counties are purchased. The following discounts apply:

For the purchase of 3 counties that include both Land records and Tax records at $84 each, the fourth county will be free.

For the purchase of 5 counties that include only Land records at $42 each, the sixth county will be free.

This special incentive begins January 1st and will continue until further notice

For customers paying via invoice there is a $5.00 surcharge each month for processing. Invoicing is billed a month in advance to allow time for processing & handling. Invoice payments must be received at our office before the first of the month or account will be deactivated until further payment is received. For a new subscriber, payment must be received before your account is activated.
